This interdisciplinary senior capstone program through the college of Engineering allows students to work on industry sponsored project and work through the engineering design process from problem statement through prototype. I was a member of the Northrop Grumman "Autonomous Drone Refueling" project where a autonomous drone landing station was designed/prototyped with a budget of $2,000 to decrease the time it takes to swap batteries out of a drone by 25% when compared to a manual switch.
